I need the material picked up, I can't use it.

Unfortunately we cannot pick up logs or wood chips after they have been delivered.  There are exceptions to this, and we handle each request on a case by case basis.  Please be sure to send detailed pictures in an email so that we can see what was actually delivered to you.  If the crew delivered to the wrong address by mistake, or if they delivered a species that you had listed in your request that you didn't want, then we will decide to contact the tree company and ask them to assist.
