My fence / garage door / garden gnome was damaged during the delivery

If any of your property was damaged during the delivery, please let us know by sending us an email to support@getchipdrop.com, and include several pictures of the damage.

Please note that we are not liable for and do not cover any damage to the ground by the weight of the truck, such as cracks in the driveway or ruts in the grass.  The only exception to this would be if the crew drove their truck in an area that was not specifically authorized (i.e. you asked them to deliver the chips on the driveway and they drove on your lawn).
