I paid for a delivery but it never showed up? How can I request a refund and get back on the list?

Sometimes the tree companies confirm that a delivery was successful by mistake, or they may have had a change of plans.  In any case, just shoot us an email, or reply to your receipt for the delivery, and we will refund the charge for you.
