How do I verify my account?
In order to verify your account, we will send a postcard to the address that you have on file. If the address on your account is incorrect, please update it so we can send you a new postcard.
Once you receive the postcard in the mail (should take about 7-10 business days), you'll have a code that you can enter into your account page on the website. Once the code is entered, your account will be verified and you'll be able to place a request for delivery.
If you can't receive a postcard for some reason, please email support@getchipdrop.com with a utility bill or piece of mail showing your name and your address. The name and address should match what's on your ChipDrop account.
