How can I cancel a delivery after I’ve received notice that it’s on the way?

Once you get confirmation that a delivery has been confirmed and is on the way, you don't have an option to cancel the request through the website. The only way to cancel a drop in progress is to contact the tree company who is making the delivery and ask them if it is not too late to communicate with the driver. Please keep in mind that the crew may already be on the way to make the delivery and may not be checking their phones.


If you decide you don't want a ChipDrop, or you can't receive one for some reason, it's always best to cancel the request as soon as possible, before a delivery is confirmed.
