Sometimes it takes a while for the crew to deliver the wood chips, maybe a couple of days. If you still haven't received the delivery after a few days, you can try contacting the company directly to see if they're still planning to make the delivery. After that, the best option is to place a new request in the system.

Sometimes the crew has a change of plans and they forget to tell us about it.
