Can someone call me when the chips will arrive?

Unfortunately we can't guarantee a call before a delivery. In order to use ChipDrop you need to have a drop area that can receive wood chips without you being there, or at a moment's notice. Sometimes the crews may call the number on file in case they have a question, or just to give a heads up. However, it shouldn't be expected.
