How do I verify my company?

In order to verify your company details, the manager account for your company will have to provide us a bit of information. We'll send you an email that should explain the process and provide a link to the website where they can complete the workflow.

We offer three varieties of verification, you'll need to complete one of them:

• Postcard: If selected, we will send a postcard to the address that you have on file. Once you receive the postcard in the mail (which should take about 7-10 business days), you'll have a code that you can enter on the website. Once the code is entered, your account will be verified and you'll be able use the map.
• Identity: If selected, you can upload a picture of your photo ID plus a selfie to verify your identity. ChipDrop uses a 3rd party service provider for ID verification and does not store any sensitive ID information about you, other than the address and name, and we only use this information to cross check the information that you've already provided. The whole process takes about 5 minutes.
• Manual: if selected, you can provide picture proof of your company via e-mail or our secure support widget. This option takes between 3-5 days.
