How can I delay or pause my delivery?

If you need to pause your ChipDrop request for some reason, like maybe you're going out of town, or you're planning for a big party and you don't want the wood chips to show up in the middle of it, the best option is to just cancel your request. Canceling your request does not change your position in line, and it doesn't change your chances of getting a delivery whenever you're ready to start your request again.

Some of the information from your previous request should be saved in the system, so it should be faster to place a request the next time around!
