Do I need to call the homeowner first before I make a delivery?

You do not need to make contact with the homeowner before a delivery.  However, it is always a good idea to text or leave a message that you are on your way.  That way they can move a car out of the way last minute if they need to.

Once you commit to a drop, we will email the homeowner that you will be making a delivery within the next 48 hours, and they should have their site ready.
