How do I delete or deactivate my account?
If all you want to do is wait to receive a delivery, then you don't actually need to delete or deactivate your account. You can simply log into your account and check that you don't have an active request. You can also click the 'Cancel All Requests' button if you're not sure.
If you do want to delete your account, you can do so by logging into your account and clicking the "delete my account" button. We'll delete your account from our database.
If you can't log in, but you want to delete your account, just shoot us an email and we can delete it for you.
